Bacon & Egg Pie

Ingredients
8 Slices of bread - crusts removed and flattened with rolling pin
250g diced bacon
1 Small onion
4 Eggs whisked
4 Eggs (for on top)
1 cup cheese

Preheat oven 180*

1/ Arrange bread, slightly overlapping each other in a greased pie dish.

2/ Fry bacon and onion. Put aside. 

3/ Spread 1/2 the bacon mix over the base, pour whisked eggs over bacon. 

4/ Crack the whole eggs on top, then sprinkle with the rest of the bacon mix, then the cheese.

5/ Bake for 20mins.
