Spinach and Cheese Roll

This easy one was given to me by a good friend! It's easy, yummy and full of green goodness!

Ingredients
200g Diced bacon or ham
1 onion diced
1 Cup grated cheese
1 Packet of frozen spinach, thawed (by packet instructions) and all water squeezed out
1 Egg
1 Puff pastry sheet

Preheat oven to 180*

1/ Fry the bacon and onion.

2/ In a bowl, mix all ingredients together (except the puff pastry of course).

3/ In the middle of the puff pastry sheet lay the mixed ingredients in a log in the middle of the sheet. Roll up and seal with a touch of milk or water. Poke holes on top with a fork.

4/ Pop onto a greased oven tray and put in oven for approx 30mins or until golden brown.
