Puff Pastry

When we have a spare bit of time on our hands its always more tastier to make your own puff pastry from scratch! 

Ingredients
250g butter (room temperature)
250g flour
pinch of salt 
100ml water

1/ Put butter into a bowl with a pinch of salt. 

2/ Rub the flour into the butter until it is chunky and combined.

3/ Make a well in the center and add water. Combine until a firm rough dough forms.

4/ Roll into a big rectangle and fold in half then roll it out, repeat this process 5 times. 

5/ Chill in the fridge for at least 30mins before using.
