Damn Good Potato Bake

Ok so this is my signature dish, whenever I make it, people ask for the recipe! My husband thinks no-one has or can beat it!!!! The funny thing is it's REALLY easy!!!!!! It's creamy and so tasty! It's not oily like alot of other potato bakes. So here's my secret..... Enjoy!

Ingredients
5 Potatoes - sliced
Half packet (12 pieces approx) slice plastic cheese (uno the ones that are wrapped individually)
1 Onion - diced
1tbls Crushed garlic
1 Cup shredded cheese
600ml cream

1/ In your potato bake dish square or round whatever is going, rub the garlic around the base of the dish.

2/ Layer potatoes, onion and sliced cheese (approx 3 pieces per layer - break up to spread over the whole layer). Do it again, potatoes, onion, sliced cheese, potatoes, onion, sliced cheese... Over and over until the dish is full!

3/ Pour the cream over the top. Give it a little shake to get the cream into the gaps and top with shredded cheese.

4/ Pop into microwave for 10mins (this just speeds up the oven time) and put into oven on 160* for approx 30-40mins (or until u can insert a knife and the potatoes are soft).

Let sit on bench for about 10mins before serving, this lets it thicken and go all creamy!
