Sweet Chilli Scrolls

These yummy lil treats are a great change to the lunch box! The husband loves taking them for lunch to work too.. You don't have to use sweet chilli and cheese, there is vegemite and cheese, ham and cheese, pizza sauce, ham, cheese and pineapple... It's endless.....

Basic dough

Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius
2 cups self raising flour
Pinch of salt
90g butter at room temp
2/3 cup milk
Flour for dusting

Place flour, salt and butter in food processor (or use your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs). Add milk and mix until a dough forms.

Lightly flour your surface and kneed your dough for 5 mins or so... Let rest for 5 mins then Roll out into a rectangle and lay your fillings on (I've used about 1 cup cheese and sweet chilli sauce)

Roll up and seal (use a touch of milk or water if needed to seal). Now cut into 12 sized portions and place on a greased tray then in oven for 20-25mins.

Enjoy!!!
